Single Hung Aluminum Windows - The Don Young Company's thermally improved single-hung window has been designed and laboratory tested to exceed window industry standards. Air infiltration, a major source of energy loss in windows, must not exceed the ASTM:E 283-91 standard, which allows air infiltration of .30 CFM/Ft2. The Don Young Company single-hung achieved a test rating of .01, a rating 30 times tighter than required. Our window also passed 7 different tests for resistance to forced entry.  Double Hung Aluminum Windows - Like the single-hung series, Don Young's thermally-improved double-hung is designed to provide consumers with the best features in energy efficiency, security, low maintenance, and durability to withstand the harshest of summers and the coldest of winters. Manufactured with heavy gauge frame and sash members (over 20% thicker than most builder grade windows) along with high density pile weatherstripping and 7/8" insulated glass, this window should be the last window you purchase for your home. Vinyl Windows - Vinyl windows provide a lifetime of beauty and performance. Vinyl compounds specially formulated for windows, combined with multi-chambered designs and quality production standards, provides attractive, energy-efficient windows you can rely on. Vinyl never needs painting and will not flake, peel, blister or corrode. Patio Doors - Patio doors manufactured by Don Young Company include both sliding doors and swinging doors, available in a range of styles to suit your home project. As with other Don Young Company products, a variety of glass options are available. These doors are available in standard sizes, or can be built in custom sizes. Storm Windows - Storm windows, installed on the exterior of existing windows, provide an additional barrier against adverse weather conditions, resulting in a more comfortable environment in your home. Don Young Company offers three grades of operating storm windows, as well as fixed lite windows and specialty-shape windows. As with our other window products, all storm windows are made-to-order in custom sizes to eliminate unsightly "build-in" materials. Storm Doors - Storm doors, when installed over prime doors, help eliminate drafts and provide a measure of extra security. All Don Young Company storm doors are manufactured using heavy-walled 6063-T5 alloy extrusions, with a baked-on enamel finish that eliminates painting. Available in a wide variety of styles, these doors are manufactured in stock sizes and are custom-sized to fit almost any application.
